Preparation method: Usually an infusion is prepared: 1 tablespoon of crushed roots is poured with a glass (200 ml) of boiling water, heated in a water bath for about 15 minutes, then infused. Dosage: For adults, the standard intake is 1 tablespoon of infusion 2-3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
