Recommendations for use

Take one (1) capsule daily with food or as directed by a doctor.
Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), tapioca starch, acacia gum, medium-chain triglycerides, vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide, ascorbic acid, tricalcium phosphate.
Warnings
Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place.
Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU) of vitamin D per day (from diet and supplements) should periodically measure serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels. Do not exceed 10,000 IU per day unless recommended by a doctor. Vitamin D supplements are not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels.
