Recommendations for use
Adults take one softgel three times a week.
Ingredients
Softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water). Contains fish (cod).
Warnings
The recommended daily serving of this product contains more than 10,000 IU of vitamin A from retinol. Taking vitamin A from retinol in amounts of 10,000 IU or more is known to cause birth defects and harm the reproductive system.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless recommended by a physician. Do not take this product when planning pregnancy or during pregnancy. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Protect from heat and moisture.
