Recommendations for use
Adults take 1 capsule daily with food.
Ingredients
Capsule shell (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), safflower oil.
Contains fish (cod).
Warnings
Do not take if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy.
It is known that taking vitamin A from retinol in amounts of 10,000 IU or more can cause congenital developmental anomalies or have a negative effect on the reproductive system. Proposition 65.
