Recommendations for use
Adults take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food. Not designed for children. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not chew.
Ingredients
Soybean oil, gelatin (capsule), glycerin, purified water.
Contains soy and fish (cod, saithe, haddock, pollock).
Free of salt, wheat, corn, dairy, or artificial colors.
Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant or planning pregnancy. The recommended daily serving contains 3000 mcg of Vitamin A from retinol, which is known to cause birth defects in high amounts. If you are breastfeeding or taking any medications, consult a doctor before use.
Keep out of reach of children. Safety seal with inner seal. Do not use if protective film is damaged or missing. Keep tightly closed. Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.
