How to take:
Standard dosage for an adult — 1 capsule/tablet per day.
It is best to take it during a meal, drinking plenty of water. Since the vitamin is fat-soluble, it is recommended to combine it with products containing healthy fats.
The course of administration usually lasts 1-3 months, however, it is better to coordinate the duration with the attending physician.
