How to take: Standard dosage for an adult — 1 capsule/tablet per day. It is best to take it during a meal with a sufficient amount of water. Since the vitamin is fat-soluble, it is recommended to combine it with foods containing healthy fats. The course of intake usually lasts 1-3 months, however, the duration is best agreed upon with the attending physician.
