How to take: The standard dosage for an adult is 1 capsule/tablet per day. It is best to take it during a meal, drinking plenty of water. Since the vitamin is fat-soluble, it is recommended to combine it with foods containing healthy fats. The course of administration usually lasts 1-3 months, however, the duration is best agreed with the attending physician.
