Recommendations for use As a vitamin supplement, adults should take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual characteristics. Ingredients Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, maltodextrin. Contains <2%: gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Does not contain added yeast, artificial flavors.
