Vitamin D3 Century instructions for use
Recommendations for use
Consult a doctor before starting to take high-dose vitamin D supplements. For adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Ingredients
Cellulose, gelatin, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, gum arabic. Contains < 2% magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, starch, sucrose.
Does not contain added yeast or artificial flavors.

Results depend on individual body characteristics.
Before starting use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking any medications, if you have any medical conditions (especially hypercalcemia, kidney disease or hyperparathyroidism) or when planning medical procedures, you must consult a doctor. Do not take with other supplements containing vitamin D, such as multivitamins. If side effects occur, stop taking and consult a doctor.
