Dosage and administration Adults should take 1 capsule daily with food, with a sufficient amount of water. The duration of intake is determined by a physician. With long-term use in high doses, symptoms of hypervitaminosis D may be observed: nausea, vomiting, weakness, loss of appetite, increased calcium levels in blood and urine.
