Vitamin D3 Forte instructions for use
Indications:
Severe vitamin D3 deficiency. Maintenance of immunity, bone health in adults.
Contraindications:
Hypervitaminosis D, hypercalcemia. Take under control of 25(OH)D levels.
Method of administration:
Take 1 tablet daily with meals or as directed by a physician.
Storage conditions:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in a dry, dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
