Recommended use
As a food supplement, take 1 ml (1 dropper) per day with or without food. One dropper per day is sufficient, and we do not recommend exceeding the dosage unless prescribed by your doctor. The vitamin D3 + K2 solution uses MCT oil as a base and therefore contains plenty of fat for proper absorption, but it can be taken with food if you prefer.
