Warnings
Warning. Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU) of vitamin D per day (from diet and supplements) should periodically measure their 25-hydroxy vitamin D level. Do not exceed 10,000 IU per day unless recommended by a doctor. Vitamin D supplements are not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels.
