Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Ingredients Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), maltodextrin, modified food starch, silicon dioxide, stearic acid. Warnings Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU) of vitamin D per day (from diet and supplements) should periodically measure serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels. Do not exceed 10,000 IU per day unless recommended by a doctor. Vitamin D supplements are not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels. If you suffer from thyroid diseases or are taking antithyroid drugs, do not take this product without consulting your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Do not purchase the product if the outer protective film is damaged.
