Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily (preferably with meals) or as directed by a physician. Ingredients Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable glycerin.
