Take 1 softgel daily with food.

Capsule: bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water], organic extra virgin olive oil and mixed tocopherols (d-beta, d-delta, d-gamma).
Contains soy (Vitamin E from non-GMO soy).
Yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, and shellfish are not used in production.
