Recommendations for use For adults, take one tablet daily as a dietary supplement, preferably with food. Ingredients Cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, gum arabic, starch, gelatin. Guaranteed free of added sugar, yeast, soy, wheat, dairy products, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fragrances, artificial colors and flavors, preservatives, shellfish and crustaceans. Warnings Vitamin K is contraindicated when taking anticoagulants and aspirin, as well as for people suffering from liver and kidney diseases. Consult a doctor before starting use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking medications, or if you have any medical conditions. If any adverse reactions occur, stop taking and consult a doctor.
