Recommendations for use Adults take two capsules daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Ingredients Cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol monostearate, magnesium stearate (vegetable), silicon dioxide, antioxidant blend (ascorbyl palmitate, rosemary extract). Warnings Vitamin K may interfere with the action of anticoagulants, including warfarin. Do not take this product while taking warfarin, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding without prior consultation with a physician.
