Recommendations for use For adults as a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with meals. Ingredients Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, acacia gum, corn starch. Guaranteed free of sugar, yeast, soy, wheat, dairy products, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fragrances, artificial colors and flavors, preservatives, animal-derived ingredients, mollusks and crustaceans. Warnings Do not take vitamin K if you have liver or kidney disease or are taking anticoagulants such as aspirin, heparin, and Coumadin®. Consult a physician before starting use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking medications, or if you have any medical conditions.
