Recommendations for use
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily, preferably with meals, or as recommended by a doctor.
Ingredients
Capsule (hypromellose, purified water), vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Does not contain milk, eggs, fish, shellfish and crustaceans, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.
Also does not contain gluten, barley, sodium, and sugar.
Mineral content is indicated for their elemental form.
