Recommendations for use For adults as a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Ingredients Stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Guaranteed free of the following added ingredients: sugar, starch, yeast, soy, corn, wheat, dairy products, gluten, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fragrance, artificial colors and flavors, preservatives, animal-derived ingredients, shellfish and crustaceans.
