Administration and dosage Standard dose: adults are recommended to take 1 tablet once a day. How to take: strictly during or immediately after a meal. Taking zinc on an empty stomach can provoke severe nausea or discomfort in the stomach. Course duration: usually the course is 1 month. Repeated administration is possible only after consultation with a physician.
