Directions for use Carefully study all information on the label and strictly follow the recommendations. Take one (1) capsule daily with food or as directed by a doctor. Ingredients Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), maltodextrin, modified food starch, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide. Warnings Warning. Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU) of vitamin D per day (from diet and supplements) should periodically measure their 25-hydroxy vitamin D level. Do not exceed 250 IU per day unless recommended by a doctor. Vitamin D supplements are not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels. If you suffer from thyroid diseases or take antithyroid drugs, do not take this product without consulting your attending physician. Consult a doctor before using this product if you are taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents, or suffer from blood clotting disorders. Keep out of reach of children.
