For children from 3 years old and adults, take 1 sachet 30 minutes before or after meals. The recommended dose of the supplement for children over 12 years old and adults is one sachet two or three times a day. Before using the sachet, it is recommended to dilute it in half a glass of warm water, tea, or juice. The course of administration is 15-30 days. Composition per one sachet-packet: Active substances: glycyrrhizic acid - 43 mg, glucosamine sulfate - 690 mg, arginine - 700 mg, glycine - 390 mg, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) - 50 mg, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) - 2.0 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) - 0.6 mg, folic acid (vitamin B9) - 0.4 mg, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) - 0.0004 mg, zinc sulfate - 5 mg, malic acid - 50 mg. Excipients: maltodextrin, mint flavor, lemon flavor, aspartame, sodium methylparaben, citric acid. Store in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C.
