Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement, adults should take one (1) tablet twice daily with food or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual body characteristics. Ingredients Cellulose, stearic acid, maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium. Contains <2% of: Artificial colors (fd&c blue #2 carmine, red dye 40 FD&C), gelatin, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide. Contains fish (DNA) and soy. Does not contain added artificial flavors. Contains food ingredients that are bioengineered products. Warnings Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Consult a physician before starting use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or while taking medications, if you have any medical conditions, or are planning medical procedures.
