Directions for use
Take 2 capsules 1–2 times daily with approximately 240–300 ml (8–10 oz) of water or juice, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Be sure to consume more fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller dosages and gradually increase them over several weeks.
