Recommendations for use For adults, 1 capsule once a day with food. Duration of intake — at least 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated. Contraindications Individual intolerance to components, pregnancy, breastfeeding. Persons with thyroid diseases or taking iodine preparations are recommended to consult an endocrinologist before use. Storage conditions Store at a temperature not exceeding 25° C.
