Directions for use
Use only as directed. Take 1 vegetable capsule daily with food or a glass of water.
Ingredients
Cellulose, vegetable cellulose capsule, rice bran extract, and silicon dioxide.
Warnings
Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Inform your physician about the use of this product. The daily dosage of iodine taken as a supplement should not exceed 500 mcg.
