Yogulakt Forte instructions for use
Method of administration and dosage
Adequate intake level: 5*107 CFU/day — 5*109 CFU/day. Maximum daily dose: 3 capsules, which is 174% of the adequate intake level and does not exceed the maximum permissible intake level. Bifidobacterium breve — bifidobacteria, which are representatives of the normal human microflora. Resistant to a number of antibacterial drugs. Bifidobacteria play an important role in normalizing intestinal microbiocenosis, maintaining nonspecific resistance of the body, improving metabolic processes and the synthesis of biologically active substances, including vitamins. Lactobacillus rhamnosus — bacteria with high probiotic activity, which are representatives of the normal human microflora. Lactobacillus acidophilus — bacteria, which are representatives of the normal human microflora, are used as stimulants for the growth of lactoflora and bifidoflora in the intestine. They have high resistance to antibiotics and eliminate the manifestations of dysbiosis associated with the intake of antibacterial agents. Streptococcus thermophilus absorbs and processes lactose, contributing to the improvement of digestion. Changes in intestinal microflora occur during antibiotic therapy, irrational nutrition, stressful situations, unfavorable ecology, and other conditions. Yogulakt forte helps to normalize the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract, including in cases of severe dysbiosis. The bacteria included in Yogulakt forte have great biochemical significance for the body: they contribute to the normalization of the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract, take an active part in digestion and absorption of nutrients. They contribute to the formation of lactic acid in the intestine, thereby ensuring the shift of the pH factor to the acidic side. The acidic environment inhibits the growth of pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria and ensures the optimal action of digestive enzymes, participate in the synthesis of B vitamins, K, ascorbic acid, folic and nicotinic acids, thereby increasing the resistance of the body to unfavorable environmental factors, contribute to the synthesis of essential amino acids, better absorption of calcium salts, vitamin D, participate in the metabolism of bile pigments and bile acids, protein and mineral metabolism, improve the processes of absorption and hydrolysis of fats, prevent the reproduction of pathogenic, putrefactive and gas-forming intestinal microflora. They synthesize substances with antimicrobial activity (lysozyme, hydrogen peroxide, bacteriocins (lactacins)), stimulate the body's immune system, have anti-allergic properties.
