Recommendations for use
As a mineral supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual body characteristics.
Warnings
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is the leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. Keep the product out of reach of children. In case of overdose, contact a physician or poison control center immediately.
Consult a physician before starting use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or while taking medications, if you have medical conditions, or are planning medical procedures. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a physician.
