Recommendations for use As a mineral supplement, adults should take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Ingredients Cellulose, dextrose, sorbitol, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium. Contains <2% of: Artificial colors (fd&c blue #1, yellow dye 5 FD&C), magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide. Does not contain added yeast, preservatives, or artificial flavors. Contains food ingredients that are products of bioengineering. Warnings Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek medical attention or contact a poison control center immediately. Results depend on individual body characteristics. Iron can interfere with the absorption of certain antibiotics. Such agents should be taken two hours apart. Iron-containing products can sometimes cause constipation or diarrhea. Consult a physician before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or while taking medications, if you have any medical conditions, or are planning any medical procedures.
