As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily with water.

Rice flour, gelatin, citric acid.
Warnings
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is the leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. Keep the product out of reach of children. In case of overdose, contact a doctor or poison control center immediately.
