Recommendations for use Adults take one (1) tablet daily. Preferably with a meal and with plenty of liquid. Ingredients Dry ferrous sulfate 205 mg (equivalent to 325 mg liquid ferrous sulfate, which contains 65 mg of elemental iron per tablet), vegetable cellulose, crospovidone. Contains less than 2% of the following ingredients: Maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, triacetin, vegetable magnesium stearate. Free of GMOs, artificial colors, artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish. Contains no sodium. Made in the USA from select ingredients from around the world. Warnings Consult a physician before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have any medical condition. Discontinue use and consult a physician if any adverse reactions occur. Store at room temperature. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or missing. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
