Recommendations for use Use only as directed. Take 1 vegetable capsule daily with food or a glass of water. Ingredients Herbal base (parsley leaves, rice flour, yellow dock root), vegetable cellulose capsule, and ascorbyl palmitate. Warnings Do not use if the protective seal is damaged or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician while using this product, especially if pregnant or nursing. Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. In case of overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
