Indication: Temporary cessation of venous bleeding, preparation of the vein for venipuncture during blood collection or venous catheter insertion. Contraindications: Damaged or inflamed skin at the application site. For arterial bleeding, an arterial tourniquet is required. Do not use for a long time without necessity. Method of administration: Apply to the limb 10–15 cm proximal to the venipuncture site. When collecting blood, remove the tourniquet before removing the needle. When stopping bleeding, record the time of application — loosen every 20–30 minutes to avoid tissue necrosis. Storage conditions: Store in a dry place at a temperature from +5 °C to +30 °C. Keep away from direct sunlight. Disinfect regularly after use.
