Indications: Temporary compression of veins for their visualization during venipuncture, phlebotomy, and venous catheter placement. Contraindications: Violation of material integrity; application to damaged skin. Method of administration: Apply 10–15 cm above the venipuncture site. Tighten until the vein is sufficiently filled. Remove immediately after successful puncture. Do not use for more than 2 minutes continuously. Storage conditions: Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
