Indications: Temporary cessation of venous bleeding in limb injuries and wounds; compression of a vein during blood collection, intravenous injections, and catheterization. Contraindications: Impaired arterial circulation in the limb, thrombophlebitis, crush syndrome. Do not apply to bare skin for prolonged use. Method of administration: Apply the tourniquet 5–7 cm above the bleeding site over clothing or by placing a cloth underneath. Tighten until bleeding stops. Record the time of application. Remove after 1 hour in summer / 30 minutes in winter. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature of 0–25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heating appliances.
