Recommendations for use
Take 3 capsules daily (for men) or 2 capsules daily (for women), preferably on an empty stomach, 30–60 minutes before sleep. For best results, do not take in combination with dairy or other products or supplements containing calcium.

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
