Recommendations for use: the supplement is taken in courses lasting from 4 to 12 weeks. A break of at least 1 month must be taken between courses. To maximize the effect, the serving should be taken shortly before sleep, 25-30 minutes before. It is optimal to drink the capsule with a glass of clean water at room temperature. The use of milk or other liquids is not recommended, as this may negatively affect the action of the supplement and impair absorption. You should avoid taking ZMA together with any supplements and products that contain calcium. The trace element lowers the absorption of zinc and magnesium, which can significantly reduce the effect of the complex.
