Indications:
Duodenal sounding for diagnostic purposes (bile collection, pancreatic function study). Enteral nutrition through the duodenum.
Contraindications:
Esophageal varices, strictures and tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. Perforation of abdominal organs.
Method of administration:
Insert under the supervision of medical personnel. Confirm the position in the duodenum radiologically or by the nature of the aspirated content. Use once.
