1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data of users provided to FOM GROUP FE LLC (hereinafter referred to as "FOM") when using FOM Resources (official website, mobile application, Telegram bot, referral programs, and other components), in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data", as well as international data protection standards.

1.2. The Policy takes effect upon its publication on FOM Resources and remains in force until an official notice of amendment or withdrawal is published.

1.3. By accepting the terms of the FOM User Agreement or the terms of use of any other FOM programs/products, the User automatically agrees to the terms of this Policy and grants FOM the right to use the User's personal data under the conditions set forth in this Policy.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

2.1. FOM collects personal data provided by Users during registration, as well as data that may be obtained in the course of using FOM Resources, including but not limited to:

• Last name, first name, patronymic;

• Gender, age, country of residence, preferred language of communication;

• Contact details: phone number, email address;

• Account information: username, password, password recovery information;

• Geolocation information, data from the device used to access FOM Resources.

2.2. FOM uses personal data for the following purposes:

• User identification to provide access to FOM Resources;

• Provision of personalized services, including notifications, requests, and information about the features of FOM Resources;

• Improvement of the quality of FOM Resources and their functionality;

• Collection of statistics and analysis of user preferences.

2.3. Where necessary, FOM may transfer personal data to third parties (e.g., government authorities or partners) where required by law or for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the Agreement.

3. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies

3.1. To improve the quality of services provided and the convenience of using FOM Resources, cookies and other data collection technologies may be used on the website and in mobile applications. These technologies enable the storage of information about user's preferences and the tracking of online activity.

3.2. The User may configure their browser to block cookies; however, in such cases, certain features of FOM Resources may become unavailable.

4. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

4.1. Users' personal data is stored in FOM's database for the entire period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected, or until the User withdraws their consent to the processing of such data.

4.2. FOM takes all necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction using modern security technologies.

4.3. FOM uses reliable authentication and authorization systems to prevent unauthorized access to users' personal data.

4.4. In the event of a data breach or security threat, FOM undertakes to immediately notify users and take all measures to minimize possible consequences, including the prevention of further data leaks.

4.5. Personal data obtained through FOM Resources may be stored on cloud services that comply with international security standards and hold the necessary certifications for data protection.

4.6. Upon expiration of the personal data retention period or in the event of the User's withdrawal of consent to its processing, FOM undertakes to anonymize or delete the User's personal data from its database, unless otherwise required by law.

4.7. In the event that FOM transfers personal data to third-party organizations (e.g., partners or government authorities), such third parties shall be obliged to comply with the conditions of confidentiality and data security in accordance with applicable standards and legislation.

4.8. FOM regularly conducts internal security audits to assess risks and evaluate the effectiveness of the personal data protection measures in place.

4.9. Where necessary to fulfill the terms of the Agreement, FOM may engage third-party companies to provide data processing services. In such cases, FOM undertakes to enter into an agreement with them ensuring compliance with all personal data protection standards in accordance with applicable legislation.

4.10. FOM regularly updates its security procedures in light of new threats and technological developments in order to ensure a high level of personal data protection.

5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

5.1. FOM may transfer the User's personal data to third parties in the following cases:

• Where necessary to perform the terms of the Agreement;

• Where requested by government authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• When the transfer of data is necessary to improve the functionality of FOM Resources.

5.2. In the event of data transfer to third parties, FOM undertakes to ensure that such third partie apply data protection measures in accordance with the requirements of this Policy and applicable legislation.

6. User Rights

6.1. The User has the right to:

• Access their personal data held in FOM's database;

• Correct or update their personal data;

• Request the deletion of their data from FOM's database upon ceasing to use FOM Resources.

6.2. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by submitting a written request to FOM via email at: info@fom.group.

7. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

7.1. FOM reserves the right to amend the terms of this Policy at any time. All amendments shall take effect upon their publication on the official FOM Resources.

7.2. In the event of amendments to the Privacy Policy, FOM will notify users through FOM Resources. Continued use of FOM Resources following such amendments shall constitute the User's acceptance of the new version of the Policy.
